No icon after Mac install?

• Menu bar may be hidden. Search Launchpad; don't install a phone profile on a Mac.

Network extension blocked?

• Allow it in Privacy & Security. MDM may forbid third-party VPN until IT approves.

Mac and iPhone at once?

• Depends on device cap. Sign out of an old device if you exceed it.

Disable the firewall?

• No. Keep it on; grant only the client permission.
