LetsVPN Mac permission: a managed computer belongs to IT
When Privacy & Security blocks LetsVPN, a personal Mac uses Open Anyway. If the machine shows as managed, hand the package to IT — do not disable SIP.

A file in Downloads is not installed. Until you drag into Applications, Launchpad will not show LetsVPN. Open the dmg and drag again.
